Not sure if this is a bug, but this felt like the right place to put it.

So I'm on Pirate101, and I see Old Scratch Fizzling alot (nope, not being blocked, Fizzling). I did an analysis of how many times he fizzles throughout five battles, and he fizzles 3 out of 4 times. I checked his accuracy and it was 57. When I did the promo for Bokor, he fizzled only 1 out of 6, but then it reverted back to 3 out of 4 when promo was done. I feel that if Old Scratch has 57 accuracy, he should definitely not be fizzling this much.
