How do you get to Skull Cap Cove and Master's Lair? Where is it?

Use your Quest direction arrow. Never heard of Skull Cap Cove. I have heard of Corsair's Cove and it is in Corsair's Channel in Skull Island Skyway near where the Whale is swimming in the sky. I believe the Master's Lair is there also.
