Nefarious tower gold amounts!

Hey guys I just finished the Tower of Moo Manchu and I noticed at the beginning I had 5,000 gold and when I finished I hat reached the gold limit. Each plunder chest gave approximately 10,000 gold. I think this may be a great gold farming method if you have the time. What do you think?
