Bonnie doesn't want to be a Highlander

Hi, I just promoted Bonnie Anne to level 57 and but there's no promotion quest. I am sure that she promotes at 57 so i'm not sure why this is happening. Please help.

You can ignore my previous post, I was just told you need to gain Gracie Conard to promote Bonnie Anne and since I do side quests, I had already reached 57 and just started Marleybone.
