Question on background on Pirate101's latest tweet

Title basically sums it up. The tweet is pinned at the moment, so it should be pretty easy to find, but for context it was an announcement for the new Golden Eagle mount. I don't recognize the background, and I was wondering if any of you fellow pirates could identify it.
