Spooky Weapons

Everyone's talking about spooky weapons and I have no idea what they are. I've heard of Staffy weapons, but not Spooky, so can someone tell me where I got off track? Thanks

Spooky is not a weapon, it's a measure of power effects when casting a move that doesn't involve your weapon. These are traps, spells, poison, etc.
