menu chat. pro or con?

menu chat is meant to be safe for kids, but it can be annoying sometimes. you cant tell those kids what to do and if they do something wrong and stuff. some of those kids think they can just go in battles and nothing will happen, but nobody can tell them not to, other than "stop that!". seriously, think. is menu chat doing more harm than good?
