No Good Swashbuckler weapons at High Levels

As I was nearing Level 50, I decided to get some new gear. But, I found that none of the stabby weapons offered any armor or armor penetration at all. Does anybody know why? And if they are rare drops, which bosses should i be farming the weapons from?
