Greetings. When attempting to uninstall Pirate101 from my Windows 7 PC I run into the following error:

Error Code: -5005 : 0x80070002
Error Information:
>Kernel\KernelMedia.cpp (95)
>SetupNew\setup.cpp (851)
PAPP:Pirate101
PVENDOR:KingsIsle Entertainment, Inc.
PGUID:662140BE-138C-4DC1-B4CD-B62C6C855A25
$15.0.0.498
@Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (7601)
IE Version: 9.10.9200.16614

Has anyone else had this problem or found a solution yet? I'd rather not have to do a system restore to a date before I had downloaded this game. Thanks for your input.

Hi! Just a question for you. Are you using the Pirate101 Uninstaller Application or Window's 7's uninstaller through the Control Panel?

Either way, you may want to contact support@pirate101.com for assistance with a bad uninstall. They will work with you to get you in a working state again.
