Always loading objects

So I have this really annoying problem in the game
Let's say I'm in Averys court and I go into his office
After a while it will load everything in there because my computer saves nothing from Pirate101
So let's say I exit his office and back in the court and then I go back into his office it has to load everything all over again
Is there a reason as to why this happens?
