It would be beneficial to both the player and the Support Staff (or so I would think) if there were an actual Quest Journal that we could access showing what quests the Player has completed, what quests the Player is working on (already shown), and what (if any) quests the Player declined (including who was asking the Players to take the quest). At the very least, the Player needs to know what quests he declined so the Player can go back and talk to that person again to pick up quests that he/she missed.
