First off, I want either the Blind Mew or One-Eyed Jack to check this and see if it would be telling (now a greatly influenced quote). Second off, I wanted to ask everyone, do you know if you have a higher chance of getting the Dragoon Autocannon when you're fighting Rooke, or Armada ships?

I think it would be Rooke but I'm not sure
