Ship Part Vendors in Cool Ranch

I just bought a Bison Origin frigate from the Ship Vendor in Bison Village. I'm looking for gear to put on my ship, but I can't find anything anywhere! I'm a nautical level 13, so I should be able to buy the right gear. Please post if you know of any vendors who have the proper equipment in Cool Ranch.

I have that to and I only found one place and that was in the place were you bought your ship( Bison Village). Hope this helps djfunky4 and anyone else.
