Haunted skyway! But I never got a quest to unlock it yet!

It happened to me too. Turns out people level 30+ can enter Haunted skyway. I would just wait and finish Tumbleweed and then go to haunted skyway.

what is the name of the quest that requires you to go to haunted skyway without unlocking it? i'm also level 32 and i have just rebanded the magnificent 7. is it a side quest? who gave it to you? why cant you go into the skyway?
