just amazed me i went to talk to my dad a bit and he was watching the movie duke of death and it hit me you Easter egged that movie

The "Duck of Death" easter egg could also be from the Clint Eastwood movie Unforgiven. There is a scene where the character Little Bill is reading a book about English Bob (who is in his jail) and substitutes Duck in place of Duke.

Unforgiven was indeed the inspiration for that bit - that's why the Duck's real name is English Bill (as in duck bill).
