Cool Ranch Quest Item Drop Rates too low?

It appears that for hours on end, players are having problems completing quests because Banditoads have a very low Quest Item Drop Rate, along with Buffaloons. Any chance the developers would up the Drop Rate for Quest Items in Cool Ranch?

People have been complaining about this for a good while now. I believe they'll change the rates but not anytime soon.

I found once I do not get a drop I will change realms and I start collecting again. I had to do this tonight, it is still too buggy.
