Is he worth a promotion? I have nothing left to do but sort through my least favorite companions(Kidd being one of them...wait, actually they're all from Cool Ranch come to think of it, hmm) leveling them up, and doing their promotion quests. I am down to Billy's now, and curious how he fares after a promotion?
I really don't like the character at all, but if a promotion will at the very least change that raggedy out fit, I may just do it.
Any suggestions?

Billy the kid is not worth his promotion really you have other better musketeers like bonnie anne

Billy the Kid's promotion is definitely worth it. He gets a new Mega Critical, another Epic, and another attack. He is also useful with his decent damage and health.

i think he changes outfit to. but not that much from what i have seen
