I am supposed to find the stout branch in Laestryom(sp?) however the arrow leads me to it, but it isn't there? What gives?

Hi! Yes, there is a bug here currently (scheduled to be fixed) causing the branch to have a long delay between respawning. You should try switching realms through your options menu and see if another realm has the branch you are looking for as a work around in the meantime.
