Hi developers and pirates. Today I was wondering why some topics allow 3000 characters while others only 2000. If I could get an answer that would be great!

I agree, she isn't the only poster with such a delightful gift of creative gab that this information would be critical. x Leans forward in seat listening for answer x

Which topics or threads are you talking about? Which message board are they in?

I think 3,000 characters is for new topics and replies that have quotes, and 2,000 characters is for replies only.

Ohhhh! I did notice that on my Roleplay thread, that when I didn't respond I had only 2,000 characters. Thanks, Pirates in the Sky!

(Love your blog, by the way.)

I noticed that to and I hope KI makes a 3,000 word count no matter what.

If I'm about to write a long reply I usually make sure to quote who I'm talking to, so they know, and just to make sure I'll have enough letter space for the reply (not saying that this was going to be a long message because I quoted!)
