why is my membership taking days to activate?

heyyo, so I bought a membership 4 days ago now ... for 1 month ... I got the recite and everything, saying the purchase was successful .... SO WHY IS IT NOT ACTIVATING AFTER 4 DAYS when it is supposed to be INSTANT?

this is the second time this has happened to me (the only 2 times I have bought a membership) .... I'm really annoyed and not impressed ... i've talked to other people about this on the game and it seems I'm the only one who has this problem .... I really would like to get this fixed and figured out .... if you have any ideas please let me know.
