why can't i play again?

every time i try to play pirate 101 it says your character is cannot log in right now please try again, this just happened to me about three weeks ago and now it's happening again! please fix it, and stop this bug, thanks

Hi! I would like to help you, but you need to update the contact information for your Pirate101 profile so that our Customer Support may contact you. The current email address does not allow us to open a ticket for you.

When you've updated your contact information please also send an email to support@pirate101.com and let them know the name of the character you need unstuck, and they will be able to assist you.
