The classes

Once they reach higher levels, the classes begin to show bigger differences. With more levels pass 65, I am worried that the classes might become a bit too different and also pvp might become very one sided when it comes to which class counters which(even if the one with disadvantage gimps their stats to plug the disadvantage up). So will they become even more different?

That sounds like a good thing if what you describe occurred. Each class having a different nemesis class would describe a balanced PvP system. Variety is the spice of life. Different classes already have subtle differences in the best play styles for a given scenario.

Well it would actually be unbalanced because the weaknesses would be to easy to exploit and beat the disadvantaged class.
