Side-Quests..I am so lost

In my attempts to stay active while waiting for the next chapter to be released, I am trying to do all the sidequests I missed while leveling.

I am utterly lost on the chapter 3 badge..I have travelled eveywhere I can think of prior to Cool Ranch and have come up empty handed; From the pricing guides, I see that chapter 3 is the Isle of Doom, but I have a separate badge saying I have completed every quest in that region.

Can someone offer me some advice as to what the chapter 3 badge covers??

Unfortunately the chapter three side quest badge is currently bugged. Sorry for the inconvenience.
