Second Chance Epic

Hey guys, I noticed that a Buccaneer(no not a companion a player) had the Second Chance Epic. How do you get the Second Chance Epic? Is it from a certain side quest? If you can tell me, thanks.

The only way that I know how to get Second Chance is by getting the Earth Guardian's Mace from which provides the Epic.

I saw the guy in Aquila he wasn't using that weapon but had the epic. Anyone know how to get it?

It is not from a side quest. It must have come from his gear.

Can you please name the gear? I think i looked at his character but didnt find the gear.

either way Second Chance should be a useful epic for the Buccaneer pirates to get
