Question: Old Hang Em Jail Yard Location

I got a quest for the Old Hang Em Jail Yard but can't find it in the Haunted Skyway. It's not on the map that I can see and the yellow arrow isn't working right (just left a post on this on game bugs board.)

Hi! Just wanted to help you locate this area: Old Hang 'em Jail Yard is found in the Dusty Vortex in the Haunted Skyway. It's south of Fort McMurtry.
