Mustang Rowdy noises?

Why is there not any talking in battle from the Privateer Mustang Rowdy companion that we got from when we battled Santa Rana? All of my other companions talk, even the ones from side quests. I just wanted to know

The Companions that don't talk have a very slim chance (probably none) of getting promoted and gaining new epic talents. Of course when more worlds come out or there is expansion on the ones we have now, that might change.
