Membership not responding.

I wasnt sure who to contact regarding this issue. I just upgraded my membership,(well a few hours ago) yet I am still not able to continue into Flotsam.(or private dock). I have completed every quest up to this point.

Hi, I'm looking at your accounts and I noticed you have two. The account that is flagged for membership has no characters on it. Just putting things together here, I think you've been playing on the account that is not flagged for membership.
