lost a crowns mount and gift card pet?

I deleted one of my characters and forgot to put the crowns mount and gift card pet in the shared bank beforehand. I don't so much care about the pet, but the mount - it's the only one I had and now I think it's gone. I've checked all the characters backpacks and banks and it's not in the shared bank either. Do you think I would have a chance of getting the mount back if I contacted customer support?

It wouldn't hurt to try and contact Support.

Make sure you check your backpack and banks next time before deleting a pirate slot.
