How do I cancel opting to recieve emails?

I accidently clicked to opt for emails, and I don't know how to undo this. I'm getting angry because I am receiving emails around the clock. Please help!

Ahoy!

Click the "My Account" link above and then go to the Manage tab. You can opt out of promotional emails there.

If Bonnie Anne's solution doesn't work scroll to the bottom of the next email you get there may be an unsubscribe button or one similar to it at the bottom
