flag color question

Is there going to be a way to change or at least recolor your pirate flag in the future?

Right now my flag is the wolf head in front of the circle background, the background i made the circle yellow, and the outer part black so it would look something like a moon, however now all my companions are wearing yellow, which to say is not one of my favorite colors.

Or may be we could choose what colors our companions ware.
