Corpora sanders glitch

I did the is soon where we rescued corporal sanders, but when I turned him in It in I didn't get him. I am a level 39 musketeer and I was sure we were to receive him. I teleported out of the hang em dead jailhouse back to the fort, I also didn't unlock him via crown shop, can anyone help

I think you have to turn the quest in to get the crown shop part to unlock.
