Boochbeard bundle gear

Is there a reason why Tier 5 (level 40) Boochbeard bundle does not give a Sneak Attack card on the outfit, when all the other tiers for this gear does?

Upon review Tiers 1,2,3,4, and 6 give the sneak attack card on the outfit/robe.

Tier 5 does not, this seems to be a bug.

This is a known issue. The Sneak Attack power will be added to the Teir 5 clothing in the next major update.
