Hello, I am curious as to whether or not Armor and Resistance in Pirate101 are % values or flat values an example would be a Swashbuckler has 200 Weapon Damage and has a weapon without any armor piercing or buffs active. The swashbuckler hits a Buccaneer with 90 Armor does that bring down the attack to 110? or is it reduced by a certain percentage that Kingslsle has coded into the game.
