A few game mechanic questions

These are some aspects of the game that I have been noticing so I would like to ask developers if these quirks are by design.

1)The hidden moves(Walk in shadows/darkness) do not double the damage of the poison sequence. Intended or not?

2)Hidden does not affect will based attacks- Ghost wail, gunnery, mournsong etc are not doubled in damage when under the hidden moves. Intended or not?

3)Poison will not end a swashbucklers hidden. Intended or not?

4)The witchdoctors hand moves(Mutineers grasp,hoodoo touch) ignore line of sight rules. Intended or not?

5)The back end of assasins strike, curses(mournsong, mutineers grasp) and heals(Revive, Rally) are not affected by a critical. Intended or not?

6)Bleeding(from backstab, assasins strike) does not stack but curses do. Intended or not?

7)Poisons do not stack. Intended or not?

1) Hidden won't double spell damage, just weapon attacks.

Thank You Ratbeard. Is the reason poison and bleed do not stack a matter of the sheer volume of undefended damage that the skills would do if stacked?
