can't go on my best pirate on my account?

I don't know why i can't go on my best pirate on my account :( can someone please help me?

This doesn't sound right! My recommendation is to contact support@pirate101.com through email and let them know the name of your pirate that is unable to enter the game. They'll be able to clear any errors you may be experiencing and get your pirate back in the skyways!
