Ranked Champion Weapons

Hello. The PvP Community has been asking multiple times over and over for the Ranked Champion Weapons to return, yet we've still never received them. Any average or above player who is active in PvP knows the hat, outfit, and boots are not good PvP gear in this current meta. The gear is so bad, that it's not even worth doing ranked anymore on this game. In fact, even if you wanted to, you can't. The queue is so dead that you might be lucky if you get two matches in one day.

Dear KI, if you're not going to fix the bugs on this game like the fort glitch, reduce glitch, & the RNG issues to name a few, and even some PvE bugs that haven't been fixed for years now, you could at least take maybe an hour at most out of your day to get rid of the dark sea gear and just bring back the weapons we've all been asking for to give part of the Pirate101 Community something to be happy about. It's gotten so bad, that I'm starting to say, do you guys even care anymore? This isn't even a major request. It's not a storyline update or anything crazy like that, it's just to simply help make Ranked PvP something worthwhile to do again.

They won't make PvP free to play cause evidently the claim is that is how they make a lot of money, and yet nobody does ranked PvP cause they have not only excluded ranked team play which most everyone tended to enjoy in this game, but they made sure that the ranked PvP rewards were absolutely trash to the extent that even if the gear were available at no rank and at no cost nobody would use any of it as bazaar equipment is better than that trash.

You don't need rank to buy that trash gear at least. I use it as "stitch fodder". IF the weapons were returned, I believe that the PVP queue would fill again. Although many of the PVP champs already have these weapons, other players who joined later haven't had the chance.
Of course, making desirable rewards will also mean the return of the "boosters".
Spectating would be a great addition to ranked PVP.

There are ways to limit the boosters.

Such as:

If you forfeit a match, you aren't allowed to play ranked again for a day's time.
You are not allowed more than one ranked match against the same pirate in a day.
You are not allowed to match up against anyone more than five levels under you.
In terms of non-1v1 matches, you only receive credit against those you didn't play an earlier ranked match with in a day.
Only characters of level 10 or higher can play ranked PvP. (Otherwise one could simply keep creating and using new characters to boost up a low level pirate)

Granted, during a full pvp season, one could still manage to boost, but its going to take a lot of time. It is also possible to limit the number of matches against characters, so say only the five ranked matches in a season count between two characters that are always matching against one another.

Well, some of your suggestions on stopping boosting have been suggested before. But 24 hrs. penalty for dodging a match is absurd. (What if there was a real life reason to refuse?)

If the queue is short then finding a match-up with a different opponent would be difficult or impossible to find. Remember players are paying real money to engage in this side line (either through membership or buying a pass with crowns).
And the 'more than 5 levels under' rule would make restricting ranked pvp to 10th level unnecessary. Even then, why would you boost to get a level 10 weapon?

Then they could play the next day. As it is, the real life reasons for quitting tends to be cause a player is multi accounting or playing multiple games at once, or are simply boosting. Keep in mind the 24 hour timer for matching up again should only be levied against matching the same two characters against each other for 24 hours, so that only hinders boosting as they could still be able to enter into matches against other pirates.
