cutthroat problem

I got a cutthroat bundle pack today, and I redeemed it, and then I ungifted my cutthroat outfit, and then I looked in my backpack and my cutthroat outfit and It wasn't there. what happened to it?

Contact support@pirate101.com for more assistance on missing items. Make sure the item isn't located on a second or third page of your gifts if you have a lot of gifts in your gift window. Support will have more information for you and will be able to help with replacement items if it's necessary.
