Update Bundle Gear to Level 70+

It has been awhile since the level cap was raised to 70; however, the level cap on bundle equipment is still at 65. Would it be possible to raise this to 70 (or further in preparation for new updates )?

For that matter, upgrading the Scavenger talent to actually pick up Level 70 gear would be appreciated as well.
