Wrong membership, help?

My brother and I both accidentally bought one year memberships for Wizard101 instead of Pirate101. I sent an email two days ago asking for it to be switched but they haven't got back to me. Has anyone else had this problem? Will they switch it for us? I know it was my mistake, but I don't even play Wizard101...
