Can someone help me get into Solitude? I need the chick there but don't know how to get it. My name is Gruesome Hannah, and I'm a level 45 Buccaneer.

You have to do the quest that gets you there. It is the duck at the top of the stairs in Tumbleweed, Dan Drake and get the quest "The Legend of Burly's Gold".
