Didn't receive claimed item

A little while back I purchased the Admiral's Bundle. Right away I claimed Hansome Dan but decided to wait on claiming the outfit, weapon, etc. Today I was at the bazaar and couldn't find any good equitment and then I remembered the outfit from the Admiral's Bundle. I hit claim gift, selected tier 5 (I'm level 40), and hit claim. Nothing happened. I checked my pack and it wasn't there. I checked to see if i hadn't really claimed it but it was gone from my claim gift list. I checked to see if it got put in my bank or shared bank but it wasn't there. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?
