Is this item still dropped by Captain Blood or as I have read in other post it been banned? Iam not sure if my last post asking this question was received. Too clarify is the jacket still available and does it allow the user too use Blood's Flames? Thanks.

The jacket is still available to get, you must've read a post about the power of the jacket being banned from pvp

Yep I did. So it is still dropped and has blood flames but cant be used in PVP.
