Tempest of Torpedoes Knockback Bug

While playing on my Musket, I've noticed the last month a bug when an enemy is knocked back upon walking over a bomb that was set by the power, Tempest of Torpedoes. Upon the enemy getting knocked back, or forward, or wherever, I can no longer move any character to the tile that they had triggered the bomb causing the knockback. Here's the best visual I got:

X = Empty Tile, B = Bomb, E = Enemy, A = Me, Companion

A A X X X X X E
X A X X B B B E
X A X X B B B X
X X X X B B B E

Now, the underlined X is where the underlined E is planning on moving. However:

A A X X X X X E
X A X X B B B E
X A X X B B B X
X X X X B B B<- E

A A X X X X X E
X A X X B B B E
X A X X B B B X
X X X X B B E X

The E has triggered the bomb, causing this knockback.

A A X X X X X E
X A X X B B B E
X A X X B B B E
X X X X B B X X

The enemy loses it's chance to move forward, thus ending his turn. However, if I were to try and move my pirate to that same tile that activated his knockback:

A A X X X X X E
X A X X B B B E
X A X X B B B E
X X X X B B X X

It would not let me. It would act as if there is someone still on that tile. It doesn't let me nor my companions. What's weirder is if someone uses a power like the Big Guns with the center aimed at

A A X X X X X E
X A X X B B B E
X A X X B B B E
X X X X B B X X

The enemy who knocked back will get hit even though he was not in that area.
