I get a "Unable to verify character" error msg each time I attempt to log in on my level 50 but have no issues at all entering game on my lower level pirates. Unable to assist my son in leveling his pirate, we're both disappointed. That after purchasing all crown shop ships, accessories, and a mount. Tech support says they're investigating. Started suddenly and out of the blue 3 days ago: Is anyone else is having this issue on game?

You'll want to contact support@pirate101.com if this problem persists. When you contact them, please provide as much detail as possible:

1. Confirm username (which account are you playing)
2. What area were you trying to access when this happened?
3. What time (approximately) was it?
4. Please attach game logs for further review (see below for more instructions).
5. Are you still having this trouble? If not, what occurred?

Instructions for sending game logs:
Use your email service to add an attachment. Drill down to the Pirate101 Folder then to the Bin Folder and the Log Folder then select "Captain_XXX.Log" (the highest numbered one or the most recently dated). Then just hit send!

If this is too large for your email server to attach or send, then open the game folder, go to the the bin folder again and locate the Captain.log. Right click on the log file and select Save as Zip (or similar wording - will vary depending on your specific operating system). Then, go back to your email and attach the newly zipped Captain.log.zip file.

Update re: The issue I was having and now I'm being told on game that others are having the same issues with accounts.

It took a few tries, but my issue has been resolved. I have no clue what they did to resolve it, I'm glad I can now log on to assist my son with his account. While my level 50 was "out of play", I managed to level another to 28. Now I can use either to assist my him knowing that the 28 wont be one shotted in battles when he gets to the higher areas of game.

I'd like to publicly thank tech support for the continuing to work on my issue until they found a permanent fix. Got through the entire day yesterday with no "verification issues", hoping it lasts.

Update: 12/31
Issue has returned. When I log on after they "Fix" issue, my pirate is back in level 1 clothes. Attaching anything other than level 1 items(including boarding crown shop ships) causes very slow transitions to higher areas, logging out character, then not being able to verify issue. Just when I thought issue was solved, It isn't.

Hoping they find a permanent fix asap!!
