Flying Fish in Skull Island

Hello, I'm a level 39 and I had some unfinished side quests, so I went to Port Regal Skyway and defeated some flying fish. However, it counted for another side quest that was for Skull Island Skyway. I went to SI Skyway and found that the much easier flying fish counted for the Port Regal ones.
