Lost My Character!

While playing just about an hour ago, it logged me out of my account. So when I attempted to log back in and continue with my level 11 Swashbuckler, I found a brand new level 1 swashbuckler in her place!

I have NO clue why this happened, I've never given ANYone my account info and it makes me sad that after putting hours into the game that now I have to start ALL OVER. If there is a way to retrieve my character I'd be VERY happy.

Thanks for any help I'm given!
