What happens after you defeat Kane?

When you defeat Kane at the end of the new book, what happens?

Do you finish the game for good, or do you have a new enemy, I would really like to know if the game continues after that battle.

You have a chance encounter with your parents' ghost begging you to give up El Dorado for your own good, The whole crew (Mostly Ratbeard) will get emotional as they agree to continue sailing the spiral to the bitter end, You tell Avery about your success about beating Kane and while you were talking about it you get a cutscene that reveals that one of clockworks of Kane's court has survived ... Duh duh DAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
