I tried to buy crows and this is what came up. We have encountered an error while processing your payment. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check your credit card information and try again. (You may need to contact your card issuer to gain pre-approval for this transaction. what does that even mean?!?

Prepaid credit card gift cards can be problematic sometimes due to the lack of billing information associated with them. You could try registering the card online with your contact information, which may allow the card to go through. Other times people can run into issues with prepaid cards because when a charge is attempted, the funds will be withheld for longer than the typical 1-2 days before they float back.

You may also want to try using a different web browser as there is a chance something as simple as that could help!

The "last resort" for all purchasing issues should be to contact the card issuer and see if they have any explanation for rejection or failures. Often times, they can see the attempts and therefore provide the cardholder with explicit instructions on what to correct in order to get the purchase approved.
