New Power Ideas: Swashbuckler

Ratbeard on the main boards stated that he is considering new powers for the next update. Assuming we get a 10 lvl update I figure the addition of 4-5 new talents/powers could be warranted. Here are my ideas for swashbuckler powers.

Name: Riposte 3
Lvl Required: 66
Type: Epic Talent (Passive)
Range: Melee Range
AoE: Single Target
Effect: Bonus attack when opponent misses. +15 dodge per dodged attack
Explanation: The final rank of Riposte that allows swashbuckler to more effectively punish an opponent

Name: Creeping Assault

Lvl Required: 68
Type: Power (Active)
Range: Self Only
AoE: Self Only/Single Target
Effect: Player moves after his companions for the next 5 rounds
Explanation: A power that allows a pirate to switch movement order with his/her companions allowing for unique combos and movement opportunities.

Name: Stalwart Defense

Lvl Required: 71
Type: Power (Active)
Range: Self only
AoE: Self and Adjacent Companions
Effect: Intercept attacks directed at adjacent allies, +25% to one random stat per protected ally for 5 rounds
Explanation: An upgrade to Gallant defense that offers random benefits to a swashbuckler. For example if a swashbuckler is protecting one ally-one random stat will have a 25% increase, if he is protecting two allies then 2 random stats will increase by 25%. The associated buffs are consistent per cast(meaning you can't change buffs by moving your companion away and back towards you) and are only active while the companions are adjacent.

Name: Assassins Medley
Lvl Required: 73
Type: Power (Active)
Range: Infinite
AoE: Team
Effect: -100% weapon power to self for 2 rounds, donate weapon power equally between allies for one round
Explanation: A swashbuckler's second team buff, this one neuters a swashbucklers offense but allows the team far greater power. As the "individual" class it makes sense for them to have to make a great sacrifice to support the team. The donation splits the power among allies- so if you have 3 allies each get 33% of your weapon power, if you have 10 allies each get 10% etc.

Name: Rain of Sharpened Blades

Lvl Required: 75
Type: Power (Active)
Range: 6
AoE: 3x3 Area
Effect: 1.5x damage to enemies, leaves 1.5x damage "sharpened blade" traps.
Explanation: The final rank of the hurl blade line of powers, this expands the line's range and acts similarly to a musketeer's traps. "Sharpened Blade" traps slow the enemy 50% for 5 rounds when stepped on and remain on the field for 10 rounds.

Riposte 3 - That would be nice
Creeping Assault - Can everyone get this please?
Stalwart Defense - That is a bit much. Maybe 2 turns?
Assassins Medley - Could Privies get this please?
Rain of Sharpened Blades - That seems pretty powerful. Maybe they only remain on the board for 1 round, and the debuff is 3 round?
