Armor and Resist Improvements

I noticed at the very bottom of the update notes that the effectiveness of Armor and Resist has been increased. I'd like to know if there is now a way we can measure just how different it is now.

Sure!

Prior to this update, the amount of armor/resist applied to any attack varied between 50% of your listed value and 100% of your listed value.

After this update, the amount of armor/resist applied to any attack varies between 75% and 125% of your listed value.
